The woman that runs the front desk….wow….she really could use a lesson in customer service. Placed an order through the phone, 15 minutes prior to the time she quoted me. My boyfriend arrived early and was summarily dismissed. He wanted to purchase additional items and she proceeded to ignore him while he waited for the order. She was only attentive to the sound of the bell. That and her phone. As a business owner she needs to learn how to acknowledge people and empathise with them. When you are in customer service you must Always aknowledge your customers. Thats number one. She was sooooooo unprofessional and ill mannered. Will NEVER order from here again.
Had the most wonderful meal here last week! I have never tasted fish and chips, but was very impressed with the flavour and texture of the food! Upon entering my girlfriend and I were quickly greeted by staff and she recommended us the Haddock, it was magnificent! The batter was extra crunchy, super soft and moist in the inside. I would recommend Brits and Chips to anyone who had never had fish and chips before, or if you are looking for a high caliber restaurant for fish and chips!
