Always wanted to try Teddys. Went last week, as I heard this place is under new management. Nice decor and good prices! Great selection of beer on tap. Tried their brunch. Like the food. Generous portions. Recommend Eggs Benny and their Caesars.
My friend and I decided to go to Teddy’s for Lunch last week. To our disappointmentwe have noticed that they were still under going renovations. I know it has been a while since they were closed for renovations. I hope they reopen as I always received great food phenomenal service. The hostess was the sweetest and so was the waitress. I have never been disappointed with any food from Teddy’s. I love their Reuben Sandwich, one of the best in town. High quality and you get your moneys worth. Will be returning when Teddy’s is reopened!
With the new owners taking over a couple years ago, this place has been changed quite a bit. New items on the menu, good selection of beers. I really like the atmospherethere. My favorite place for a beer night out. Steaks are always perfect and service has always been top notch. Always enjoy going there.
I’d been wanting to try Teddy’s out for a while. So I brought some friends.The restaurant is really beautiful and old on the inside.But the rest of our experience was terrible.Our beer was flat.Our food, absolutely disgusting. The mayo in the coleslaw was expired.The croutons in my caesar salad (which I was charged $3 for because I substituted for fries) were stale.My friends meatloaf came out mushy and cold.I’m not a picky person, and I couldn’t believe how bad it was.When we told the waitress she said there’s nothing she can do about it since she asked us how our food was after the first couple of bites and we said it was fine.I tried to explain that we were being polite and tried to give the food a fair shot. But that I wanted the kitchen to know.They offered complementary deserts, but by that point we weren’t feeling hungry for any more of their food.They gave us a 10% discount but the price was still outrageous for what we ordered.I work in customer service and I explained to them that a happy customer is worth everything, especially since the place was empty. They wouldn’t accommodate for us and made us feel really bad for complaining.I’m never going back, which makes me sad.
Just what you would expect from this place. Cleanish place with dependable food. Not bad not great, just right in the middle. Same goes for the service as well.

The best Reuben. They have the best reuben in the city. Their flapper pie is awesome too
