The food was really great and the service was good! The staff held quite a nice conversation with us and accommodated us with whatever we needed. The owner is super nice and friendly. I will definitely come back again!
I have been here about 6 times since 2015. Everytime I go, I receive poor service. The staff are extremely stingy with sauces and toppings. Recently I swapped out my order (switched to a small donair) and the lady put the pita (which had touched the meat) back into the pile of new pitas! Unhygienic. She then proceeded to skip a couple toppings and didn’t ask about sauce. To add to this, I ordered a phyllo pastry and got a baked pocket instead, which I discovered when I got home. The beef donair tastes okay in my experience, but the service has been so infuriating every time that I will not return.
This place just turned me off, food was poor, service poor, donair was really salty and had the consistancy of leather, tried it twice and didnt like it.
So BAD. Nothing but disappointed and unsatisfied after eating here. The sweet sauce is anything but sweet, the chicken was slimy. I had chicken donair and my friend had a beef donair, both were barely edible.
Below average experience. Popped into this place for the first time on Boxing Day to grab a quick bite at around 1:30 pm in the afternoon and it was not busy. I told the male employee that I wanted a white pita and he pulled out a brown pita. I mentioned it to him and he glared at me. As he rushed through the rest if my order of 1 beef donair, I found myself feeling like I was inconvenience to the guys day
Love the market mall location. I go there all the time. Came to this one and was happy the food was consistent. Cornerstone plate is where it’s at! And the guy who owns this one is really nice! He talks to every customer like he genuinely wants to get to know them. Great service, great food! 🙂
