This place has gone completely downhill since the new ownership took over. The good staff have all quit or been fired. The service is awful. The remaining staff don’t show up because they work for a tyrant who doesn’t listen. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I won’t spend another cent here. Don’t put a penny in this guys pocket. Go elsewhere and actually get served. Even his own staff say the owner won’t listen to their concerns. I can walk here from home, and I’d rather drive to Edmonton than eat here again.
We used to come here faithfully every Sunday and Wednesday for wing night and other days just because. The staff and food were excellent. And we love the patio. Unfortunately new owner Malket doesn’t know what he’s doing and won’t accept responsibility for the pub losing business. He’s rude to staff and customers. He fired some.staff for being too friendly with customers. He berates staff in front of customers. The rest of the staff except for one have all left. Took over 2 hours to get food one night. Other nights the wings were leftovers from another day. You could taste they were stale and they were dry. The wing flavor (not in a good way) is changing due to sub-par ingredients. Such a shame. Time to find a new local.

The last two visits we either cancelled or entree order or wing order after an hour wait. This great pub has gone down hill. I asked the other table if they knew what happened. Apparently new owners. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
