Love this massive, fluffy doughnuts! The flavours can’t be beat and are almost always unique or holiday/season specific. The cookie crumble is my all-time favourite. I love that they’re not to sweet. The ambience inside is lovely and their cartoon little donut-man is the cutest. Definitely worth going in the morning to have the most selection before they sell out!
I finally got the chance to try these, and was pleasantly surprised. These donuts were super fresh, soft, and had just enough topping for each bite. I did find they were all a little too sweet for my taste, but I still think they were all really good. The shop was a really cute place. The girl behind the counter was also really pleasant and whipped through the line like a pro. I am sure I will visit again.
The donuts were made with a lot of love. I can tell. They were humongous and it felt like they were made in small batches. I don’t know where I can find nice, big, gourmet donuts like that anywhere in the city. However, I didn’t find my mind blown by it that much. I mean, it was good, but I wonder if it was too big? It felt like a meal eating just one donut. I wanted to try more flavours, but I found myself getting my battleship sunk by just one giant sea monster donut. I like how the donut had a personality to it and it wasn’t overly sweet. For the first time, it was big enough and not sweet enough for me to taste the carbs itself. For some strange reason though, despite my rant above, I want to come back to try some more flavours. Maybe I’ll just buy 3 – 4 donuts next time instead of half a dozen. Donut lovers – look no further. Edmonton’s very own awesome donut shop is here! Check google / social media for opening hours. It’s not opened for as long as you’d like during the day. 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM on most days? I basically have to come during my days off or early on the weekend! Beware 🙂
I am so happy to have found this all vegan doughnut shop in Edmonton. Don’t be wary of the fact that their recipes don’t include any animal products, the doughnuts are absolutely delicious. Some of the them are a little too sweet for my liking which are why my favorite are the fritters, and are soo good when they’re fresh out of the fryer! Come early if you want the best selection, especially on weekends.
Good size doughnuts. Unique place. The Spicy Chocolate & Cherry Lemon Sugar were my favourites. Just a good doughnut done right. I would go back.
If you want a hearty sized doughnut then this is a good place. All doughnuts were tasty and had a good dough to it so it didnt feel like a chore to eat a whole bunch of bread. Good ratio of topping to dough and thats pretty much all im looking for in a doughnut. Surprisingly all the doughnuts are vegan and it still tastes great.Located off of 109 ave and 119st, its in an area that you wouldnt think of having a tasty treat. The shop is so fresh and so clean that its a good spot to visit. I swear, every time I head here I somehow feel compelled to buy half a dozen for myself. The doughnuts are amazing. They are everything a doughnut should be, soft, chewy and fluffy. How do they do it?? These are amazing and I love how innovative they are with the forever changing menu. I am willing to drive here just for the doughnuts and I haven’t had a negative experience yet.
