Last year’s Thanksgiving dinner was fantastic. This year unfortunately it was not. The flavors the texture the look was just not the usual standards we are used to seeing at this restaurant. At well over $200 with tip I would’ve expected a lot better. $35 per person. The only thing that was great this year was that our server was fantastic. She was very attentive and took care of all of our needs. Unfortunately she couldn’t do anything about the food. We will be attending Thanksgiving dinner elsewhere next year.

Royal Coach Dining Room has a phenomenal Sunday brunch which includes amazing varying seafood including tender smoked & cold salmon that melts in your mouth, delicious shrimp, crab legs, clams, omelette & pancake/waffle station (on opposite corner of dining room) eggs benedict, perfectly cooked crispy bacon, great selection of cheese, delicious changing main course lunch entrees, pasta, etc. Their desserts are heavenly with a delectable varying large selection of desserts including cheesecake, cakes, pavlova, pastry, crme brulee, fruit plates, etc. It includes coffee, tea & juice & I usually order half orange & half cranberry to make a punch. The restaurant is gluten-free friendly & they will make you gluten-free entrees, eggs benedict, etc. The desserts usually include 3 or 4 delicious gluten free desserts. Their staff provide exceptional customer service including the manager/matre de, the chefs, & servers. Lorne the Executive Chef & Heather, the Sous Chef are amazing chefs and very knowledgeable & friendly. They are happy to advise you about gluten-free items and food allergies & will make you gluten-free eggs benedict, entrees, etc. If you prefer a quieter & luxurious setting, you can reserve a table at Julian’s lounge next door & still have the brunch. Helen provided us with exceptional customer service. Sunday brunch is reasonably priced at $30 for adults & 24.95 for seniors – it is worth every penny. They also have an Italian buffer Fri. night, Prime Rib buffet Sat. night, & Ukrainian buffet Sun night. We highly recommend the Royal Coach Dining Room at the Chateau Louis.
