Stopped by this food trailer for dessert tonight. Really friendly staff ready to visit, explain there process, and help you make a decision on what to order. Pick one of there twisted creations or create your own combination. We choose the twisted split. Which is strawberry, pineapple , chocolate, ice cream, whip cream with a cherry on top. Fruit is cut in front of you and placed in a shaker with the ice cream flavor base of your choice. One of there ice cream twisters pours out your creation onto a freezing plate and starts mixing ( or chopping). The ice cream base and fruit is mixed, cut and chopped until only small pieces remain. Then it is spread thin and allowed to freeze. The twisters then scrape up and roll your ice cream. Twisted split tastes similar to a traditional banana split. However our order was taken, made and delivered with a laugh and good conversations.
