Ordered lunch take out. Daily specials run for $10 plus tax. Ordered while on course at McEwan and walked over…food was ready, packed well and tasty. Website posts daily specials. Todays linguini in garlic butter oil (aglio E olio) could use a bit more flavour. Got bland after the first few bites. For $10…still a good value. Would like to try some other dishes down the road but not anytime soon.

By far the best pasta option in the whole city. Literally amazing. I love this place, I crave this place. Would highly recommend. Worth the price 100%. You can’t compare it to any other place, it is on another level.

Probably one of the must dine here restaurants for foodies in Edmonton. A wonderfulauthentic Italian atmosphere from the time you enter. Well seasoned knowledgeable wait staff to guide you in the right culinary direction. Some of the best wine and seafood I’ve had in a while. I highlyrecommend and can’t wait to go back.

Sauteed Calamari, Vongole, Lobster Mac & CheeseOne of our favorite places to eat for lunch. Cafe Amore serves up Italian food the way it’s intended to be. Just pasta and sauce and sometimes meat. Calamari is always a go to whenever I see it on the menu. Non breaded squid soaked in homemade tomato wine sauce. The sauce was so delicious and the squid was cooked perfectly, not too soft or rubbery. I wish it was served with pieces of bread so I could eat up all the sauce. Vongole was baby clams with garlic white wine sauce. For a daily special, it’s huge, and hugely delicious! Clams were sauteed on point and the white wine sauce was primo. Graze mille! The Lobster mac and cheese was a huge portion with good amounts of lobster and a baked layer of cheese on top. Sauce was a little runny and not as rich as I had hoped but it still was good times.Cafe Amore is located east 109st on 106 Ave. The interior makes Cafe Amore one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in Edmonton. Amore has knowledgeable staff, good service, good lunch special prices and great food.Sal says: Just try it@adubalicious says: A bit pricey but good.#yegeats #yeg #yegfood #food #foodie #foodporn #foodgasm #foodpics #foodstagram #instafood #delicious #hungry #yummy #dinner #lunch #italian #pasta

BRUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I could slurp these noodles all day long… I can’t believe what these chef de cuisines create in that kitchen, makes me feel like I’m back home in Iceland again. 69/69 WOULD GO AGAIN. You have to try that chicken mushroom dish thing hot damn that was tasty, don’t even get me goin on that lobster mac. Must of been caught straight out of my uncle’s backyard. Freshness you can taste.

My friend and I went for supper yesterday after hearing so many great things about it. I trust word of mouth. I have to say straight away, the food was delicious, I can’t complain about that. I left full and enjoyed my meal very much. What I was disappointed with first off were the prices. I was beyond shocked actually at how much some of the items on the menu were. We each had an entree and a dessert, no drinks, no appetizer and I thought it was very expensive for what we had, I do understand that it is a small restaurant with high quality food but still.. Another thing that bothered me was I was waiting for bread, every Italian restaurant I have ever been to has served bread before the meal, none came. I thought for the price we paid this would have been a nice add. Also, at an Italian restaurant, asked what the choices for the pasta were.. Penne or Linguine.. that’s it. Really? That didn’t make much sense to me. I would only go back to Cafe Amore as a special occasion meal, not a casual Wednesday supper, the food was great, but expect to pay alot.
