Met some friends for coffee on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the red velvet cheesecake which was $8.00 per slice. Ive been gifted their mini cupcakes before and my opinion is unchanged – this place makes beautiful desserts but they taste just ok. Their cakes are especially light and airy with a very buttery icing, but not sweet at all. The sweetness and richness I look for when I indulge in a treat are simply lacking.
