The prices are decent. service is ok, not memorable. The restaurant looks just like an old cafe and they filmed an episode of Fargo the tv show here. The pho broth and wonton broth is a bit bland but Ive definitely had worse. The bun is good and worth coming for. Its your basic rice noodle with meat and spring rolls. It was fresh and cheap. Its in my neighbourhood so I will probably go back.
