Decided to try Prime Time last night with my mom, we didn’t have a reservation and the place was fairly busy. We had a table on the wall the near the restrooms. We decided to try here because we use to come to the Restaurant before it was Prime Time, and loved it then.We ordered the Artichoke dip and French onion soup TO START. We wait nearly 30 minutes for the appetizers, which we had for about 5 minutes when she dropped off the mains, the spinach dip was still so hot at that point we had only just started eating it. So the mains sat, and got ice cold while we ate the dip and French onion soup (the soup was nothing to write home about, the artichoke dip was VERY good). The waitress never once asked how the meals tasted, if she did she would have been told they were cold. The Lasagne sauce was very bland, same with the spaghetti, the meat balls and beef cutlets were good.The waitress did come around to refill waters, she took the glass, went, filled it, brought it back and slammed it down on the table so hard it kind of startled me. she had reach right over my shoulder so I didn’t even notice she was there until the glass slammed on the table.When we had finally started our meals the waitress came around to ask if we would be having anything else or if she could get our bill ready. Really? we had just started to eat..but yeah fine get it ready because we are SO done with this place.We felt rushed, and like they did not appreciate our business. This affected your tip. At least the artichoke dip was good. We wont be back.
Had a great meal today. Wife and I stopped in for supper. My wife had the spiced chicken with Greek salad, I had the 10oz prime NY steak melt with three cheeses on top. Meals including all veggies was all home cooked, nothing frozen. Steak was tender and done to my liking. Great friendly service, meals were prompt and tasty. Prices were great as well.Highly recommend Prime Time. Great to have a place that still serves real food like mom used to make. Keep up the great work Prime Time
Exceptional gem in Inglewood. I had steak with cheese and onion and moshrooms (sauteed). out of ordinary!
Good Place for Steak or Pizza. Prime’s 8 oz. steak sandwich/garlic Texas toast with fresh cut fries is $11.00. The owner of Prime Time hand cuts their steaks and is very good. I have eaten the $8.00 specials at other places and that does not compare to what Prime serves. The other meals they serve to the other clients had lots of food on the plates and you don’t go back to work or home hungry. My co-worker and I make it a habit to go every week just for the steak.You can’t go wrong eating at this place.
Fresh Faces and Excellent Service. Last night my wife and I came to Prime Time (we frequent the place often) and to our surprise one of the servers that worked there about a year ago was back. She gives great service! always so friendly, nice to see a fresh face around there.And of course the food was amazing as usual!!
Best Pizza Ever. When we first moved to Calgary from out east we were looking for a good pizza place. My husbands new coworkers took him here for lunch as the go there often. When he took me here and can says without a doubt it was the best pizza ever. We have been here four years and family and friends visit from the east we make sure to take them . Two thumbs up and the staff are very friendly as well
Bad Attitude!. My hubby and I eat out frequently at Prime Time,,,, I have recommended it to many I work with. Tonight I ordered dinner ,, Take Out,, $45.00 The lady on the phone asked I we wanted Soup or Salad with hubbies meal. I ordered Soup. When our dinner arrived,,, No Soup and he got the $22.00 special which was beef ribs and Spaghetti,,, I paid extra for the meatballs. The Ribs were covered with the spaghetti(which should have been served in a separate container) and there was NO SOUP… When I called Prime Time to express my dissatisfaction,,, the lady on the phone had absolutely no apology,, just that the Chef said the spaghetti was on the side not on the Ribs. And that she would send the SOUP. I felt she did not give a dam about my order or whether or not I was even somewhat satisfied. I will never order anything from Prime Time again,,,, Shame on You,,, you had a good loyal customer,,, and you blew it my friend!
