Got the latte and protein ball- I enjoyed both very much and had them on the nice patio outside. I thought it was pretty expensive though – I think my bill was $14. Id be back for a cute date idea.

Really like the space at this location compared to the other Rosso locations – it has a big couch in the front and some working tables in the back. And the chai latte is one of the best!

I’ve always been impressed with the quality of Rosso’s drinks, even though it can be a little expensive (although that is to be expected given that this place is something of a hipster paradise). Their Chai latte and Matcha latte are both really good (but expect to pay $6-$7 for a small). Staff are always really friendly and interesting to talk to, and the interior is really welcoming and instantly makes you feel right at home. It’s a great place to stop by on my way to work – definitely worth checking out!

Excellent coffee shop, very much needed in this neighbourhood. Great yummy selection of nibbles that pair so well with a great brew. Was so sweet to find a place willing to make hot chocolate at a temperature suitable to a toddler! Will come often!!

Fresh and Friendly. Rosso have not disappointed me after several visits to their different locations. Cole, one of the owners, is one of the coolest baristas I’ve met. The coffee beans they use have such a nice scent that it’s hard to say no to coffee (and I’m a tea drinker… so it says quite a bit)! They have different food menu items for lunch and breakfast, which I find is a little pricey, but their coffee is a must. Try their latte and perhaps you’ll get some latte art. hermoderncanvas.com

Good soup & sandwiches, but too expensive!. I periodically pop in here for the Thai Chicken soup which is outstanding but at $6.50 for a cup size is quite expensive. To make it a meal however, I sometimes add the sandwich to make it a combo for another $7.00. Today, when I ordered the combo, I learned that they’ve reduced the size of the sandwich by half. $13.50 for a 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup is not good enough value for me to return.

Love it and hate it.. I LOVE coming here for soup and a coffee. The coffee is amazing and I can’t get enough of the Spicy Thai soup. But the service is AWFUL!! I work close by, so I always hope to pop in, grab a drink or soup, and head back to my office. It’s supposed to be a 15 there and back trip. However, I wait 10-15 minutes for my soup. And on more than one occasion they’re completely forgotten about my coffee order. I always come back because I love the place, but I always leave annoyed because of the service. There’s usually only 3 staff and I see that they operate very slowly. Perhaps they should have a few sips of the java..
