Eden is a restaurant in Inglewood. I visited them for brunch and it was pretty amazing!For brunch, they had a few menu and we tried breakfast poutine and sweet waffle. They also had bennies and stuff too. The breakfast poutine ended up becoming the best poutine I had in Calgary, it had their twist to the classic poutine and it was just so delicious. There was quite bit of beef on top of shredded hash. It also comes with sauted mushroom and it gives a lot of flavor. Cheese comes chunky, not completely melted. On top of everything there are two perfectly cooked porched eggs with sauce, everything goes very well together. It was simply delicious! Only thing Id say will be, I like a little crunch from hash but there was no crunchy element in the bowl. Sweet Waffle of the day was white chocolate with berries. The waffle was sweet and a little bit salty, inside there was rock sugar and its texture was very nice. White chocolate sauce was delicious pluse their cream, Im not sure what exactly it was, could be cheese cream was very delicious. I thought maybe the potion was a bit small side for brunch menu but it was very filling. They have variety of drink menu, as for coffee, they had americano or large size French press for two or more to share. I do not think they have free refill drip coffee like other brunch places have. The coffee was good, a little sour and weak for my liking but it tastes great. The store itself was just so cute and we walked around Inglewood after brunch, the neighborhood offers so many little cool shops!
