Due to some last night dinner changes we ended up at Without Papers on a Wednesday night. We were warmly welcomed by our server after we climbed up the stairs to pizza heaven. After being seated we ordered the pizza the hut, quinoa salad, and arancini. The pizza was cooked in a fire oven and after taking a bite I could taste the boar pepperoni, chewy dough and cheese (very delicious and flavorful with the sauce). The quinoa salad had lots of avocado and greens (delicious with the vinaigrette). The arancini is a must order as this is a rice stuff ball with cheese (crispy on the outside and gooey inside). Prices here are around $20 per pizza. I would recommend trying this place out if you’re in the area.
