TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When placing an order using a coupon I was told I could not make half my pizza just cheese, no substitutions I was told. How ridiculous I cant remove toppings because I’m saving money I did not ask to add just remove. And I could here the manager screaming at her employee when I asked him to ask the manager. Then I was quoted 40-50 min for delivery they are 6 blocks from my house this seems a little crazy. Waiting to see if it’s edible and after reading other reviews and if I even receive larges for medium charge or just big boxes
Disgusting
Generosity at its finest. I work at an emergency women’s shelter and received a call this evening that they had some extra pizzas that they would like to donate. The pizza was warm and very tasty. It was so nice of them to think of the women residing in the shelter as many of them don’t have the luxury of treating themselves. I will definitely be a customer in the future.Such a wonderful business.
Very poor service. We order 2 large pizzas and were quoted 20-40 delivery time a very vague delivery time in my opinion but it was Boxing Day so we accepted it. 40 min later no pizza so we called and they were claiming troubles with their delivery driver. 1 hour 10 min later it was delivered paid the driver then brought the pizza in , wrong pizza so we called and they said they will be right there, 10 min later we started eating cause why else would yo order food other than wanting to eat. Then we get a call saying they want their pizza back we told them we started to eat it. They told us tough luck they weren’t going to bring the right ones, give us a credit or anything. Poor customer service and for just being taken over by new managment not a good start.
Got the wool pulled over our eyes. Bought two pizzas one medium deluxe , and a large meatlovers with extra meats and a dip and a 2L the large cost us 30$ ya thats alot of goddamn money for one pizza -.-, we get our food we have one large box and one medium open them up BOTH pizzas are mediums we lost ALOT of god damn pizza, are you kidding me we spent far too much for that god damn pizza and you arseholes rip us off heres the proof. NEVER buying pizza from you guys ever again.
WOW!. Great Pizzas and Fantastic prices. We love all their pizzas but my favorite’s are their Bacon Cheese Burger Pizzas and their Pepperoni Pizzas.My kids and their friends loved it for their birthday party!!!
