Horrible. This is THE WORST Badass Jacks I have ever been to. I took one bite and threw the entire thing into the garbage. The girl assumed I wanted BBQ sauce, doused it in sauce and when I corrected her on the sauce, she just pored it overtop of the BBQ sauce I never wanted. They don’t mix the noodles into the sauce and meat, so they just sit and dog on the bottom, slimy noodle serving. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Needs more staff. I just waited 30 minutes to get a stupid $8 wrap. Not because they were swamped, but because they were too busy trying to help the 5 other customers behind me. 10 of those minutes were just standing at the till with my food, waiting for them to give me a total while they helped people who came into the store.The food is pretty good for fast food, but usually when I go here it’s because I’d like something fast. I may come back, but I think it’s slid in preference behind Mucho Burrito and Extreme Pita.
Loved it!. I have been there many times, and I have not been let down at all. Service is great, the people are friendly, and the food is awesome, which, is really the most important thing. So to whoever says otherwise, is probably someone with a chip on their shoulder. I eat out all the time, so I can tell what’s good, and what is not. So you can take my word for it. And also, there is this really cute girl with brown hair that works there, makes going in even better 🙂
Badass Jacks was just bad. I ordered the Jacks Club Sub. The chicken tasted like dog food, the bread was bland, the lettuce was starting to wilt. On top of that, it was $12.00 for the sub and a cookie. Overpriced and subpar, if you want a sub go to Subway or Mr. sub
