If you like Filipino food, youll love it. Very well done. If youve never tried Filipino but love Asian food, give it a try. One big thing this restaurant has against it is communication. Filipino culture is a little more laid back, a little less organized and quick. Its not uncommon to come to the restaurant for a take out or dine and to find that the entire place has been booked for hours and there is no notice anywhere, not even on the door. Food is excellent!
We ordered Lechon Paksiw in Red Deer downtown location and we got the plate as shown.The menu said it is Roast pork marinated in vinegar, garlic, and sugar.We thought it was pork belly but the server said it is not pork belly but the rest of the pork.After searching on the web, some sites indicated it is served with leftover pork.We find the menu deceiving and no one really explained to us.
Amazing food! I got takeout. I ordered the pork Bbq. Best tasting ever. Great portion sized meals. I also ordered a dessert. Can not remember what it is called but it is so good! I will definitely be going here more often.
Basic decor, but very clean and the food is tasty. It was mid-day when I came, so the service was quick and friendly. It’s not a fine dining experience, but much better than another fast food lunch! I’ll be back.
Best Filipino Restaurant I’ve been to in Canada. This is an awesome Filipino restaurant. We accidrntally discovered it during an out of town soccer tournamemt. Great quick and friendly service. Clean place. Prices average $7 to $9. Priced really well. Also have some other Asian foods. Definitely under rated.
Really good food! I enjoy the chicken skewers. They have a great sauce on them and they’re grilled well. Also the pancit is very tasty!
