Food was okay. Our waitress was nice but there was a young man who was obviously off his shift so he decided it was a great idea to talk to her. That’s nice and all but he legit smelt like an ashtray/doodoo and was acting very unprofessional distracting each and everyone of the servers, he kept running around like a child all over the place. He rushed past us a couple of times and it took all of me to not tell him to shower. The washroom was very dirty and unkept. I would expect this kind of service at a fast food restaurant but to be honest I’ve been to better fast food joints.
Was very disappointed with the Boston Pizza that I used to enjoy….orders Nachos with beef. When the nachos came out the beef was nowhere to be found or seen. After asking the waitress if there was beef on the nachos she pointed to the 8 molecules that were sparsely sprinkled amongst the plate. Then rudely states she could bring more beef but will have to charge…again. The platter is already 19.00. BP’s has become skimpy, not sure why. Maybe it’s the poor economy and cost but when I order nachos and beef I expect that…..won’t be going back. Ever….

I really enjoy eating out here with friends and family. Usually the service is great, the food is decent so it leaves you satisfied. Delivery is a whole other story… they say 30-60 minutes for delivery but unlike other places it’s literally going to be 60 or longer so prepare for that. Pastas/Pizzas are about the only thing you can safely order knowing it’ll show up in eat-in form. Burgers/Sandwiches show up Soggy, usually ripped apart to mix it into your fries? Only give them a shot if you have time to go sit in!Delivery experience is so bad I’m hammering them down to a 3.
Came across good service in this restaurant when it was busy just after 3PM on a Saturday. The Double Bacon BBQ Burger was good and filling. Tried the Cactus Cut Potatoes and it was good too.
Love the ham and chicken stromboli, but you got to order off the menu as they have taken it off. The service is pretty good and I like the atmosphere of the lounge.
Terrible customer service, flat beers, telling the customers are rude for asking kindly if they could move tables together. Very disappointed Boston pizza south needs new management or a review.
