Great atmosphere and service. Probably the best service in town. The menu is kind of weird so I find I always have the same few things. It’s a cool place for lunch or dinner.
The fish tacos are really good, and brunch is awesome as well. They have very good waffles and syrup, maybe just all of their brunch is good, in general lol.. service is always good. Great caesars and good wine selection too.
This place was amazing when it first opened, but ever since then the food comes out slow, not cooked as per ordering instructions, cold, or overcooked. Their customer service used to reflect mistakes they made by giving gift cards, or by percentages off on the bill due to their own errors but that seems to have gone away as well. The waitresses have always been wonderful, and attentive which is great but unfortunately when you go for the food, a good waitress doesn’t make up for poor food, and poor management.
I went to Brown’s with a couple and their son from Fort Mac,( fire evacuees). The staff was so friendly and helpful, food was great, atmosphere really good and they paid for the whole meal for these folks going thru so much grief. I will definitely return to Brown’s and will spread the word on their great restaurant.
last couple times at browns food was great service was good to real good, last time there the ultimate chicken club had little to no chicken in it, this time we arrived were told 25 minute wait and said ok at almost 1 hour we left talked to the hostess several times , I used to like this place but portions and lack of service is disappointing , definetly not worth the wait might as well go back to earls and eat with the oldies
Been to Brown’s twice now. The manager recognized me on my second visit. Classy place, that welcomes you in fancy dress or plain clothes. Wide range menu with something for everyone. Im a picky guy with a taste for the finer things in life. That said, I will return to Brown’s.
Been here for lunch twice. I want to come for brunch one day, but not yet. We had a great staff lunch and two anti-gluten diners had every need met. One picky eater said it was the best salad she had ever had. I have had the burger (good). I have had the tuna (well cooked). The gravy is good but not consistent. One time it had no salt then the next time it was too salty. I hope this helps!
