The delivery company and ppl there a joke!! Ordered once they didnt show up called them said the driver is on his way I get no call from anyone.. no one ended up delivering I called no answer… decided to give them another another shot figured different people might be different.. wrong!!!! They say 45- 1hr the deleiver driver calls at 45 min mark I callThe store.. and they want me to call there delivery driver!!! It took the driver over 30 mins to get here the store blames the driver and the driver blames the store. Did I mention I have been ordering from this same location for 5 years!!! They have been here multiple times way earlier then 45 mins. Hmmm yea I dont think im over reacting… didnt offer a deal or anything!!
Pizza was great, they didn’t skimp on the feta cheese like Pizza Hut does, they really piled on the feta! Donair was average, their homemade Tzatziki sauce is sometimes GREAT and sometimes just average, depending on who made it I guess. Today it was just average sauce. They have Doctor Pepper! Unlike the big pizza chains that only offer Pepsi or Coke they have a full pop selection.So many silly reviewers, delivery people are sometimes very slow and very stupid, as it is with all delivery services in Red Deer, good drivers go do hot shots for oilfeild supply companies, so the only drivers Pizza places can hire are frankly half wits. Same delivery times as other places, 30-45 minutes. This affects all pizza joints in town equally, Dominoes and Pizza Hut frequently show up cold and hr late, I have huge free credit at Pizza Hut because they deliver me so many cold pizzas. What kind of idiot driver doesn’t go to oilfield to do the same job for 10x the pay? Only idiots drive food delivery in Red Deer, sad but true. If they had a brain they’d be doing the same job for oil companies in town, hot shotting for 10x more pay. But some people screw that up, get fired and blackballed from oil work, it is these idiots who make up the delivery fleets for all Red Deer businesses.
I couldn’t even get through placing a delivery order. Having someone who speaks English answering the phone in an English speaking community might be a good idea. Thanks for making me repeat myself twelve times for nothing.
I’ve been ordering from busters ever since it opened, great pizza. Yesterday I placed an order for pickup I was told 15 to 20 min we I got there the girl told me another half hour I cancel my order not escapable especially with four hungry kids in the truck. I thought the next day I’ll give them a second chance placed my order for delivery and waited an hour and a half I gave my number twice and he repeated to me. I called to see were the pizza was he said they canceled the order when he called the number the person said they didn’t order anything strike two, I done I guess it means finding another place to order from.
Dissapointed. I ordered a donair and pizza, meatza was cold, delivered late. Donair was decent… Overall I was dissapointed for the cost.
Total Price. This pizza is fine, however, whoever answers the phone always gets my total wrong. The delivery guy comes to the door with usually at least 5.00 over what it should be. They screw up all the time. The add the delivery price twice. Very annoying.
Well where do i start. I ordered a donair that came cold….. My lasagna ….. The noodles were still hard….. My garlic toast was more like a warm piece of bread with butter on it needless to say piss poor performance once again. I will not return
