I LOVE this place! The tea house / restaurant is in a Victorian-style house that’s over 100 years old! I mean, how cool is that in itself?! Plus, it’s in one of the most beautiful areas in Red Deer, down at Bower Ponds. I’ve been here at least a million times (no exaggeration – haha!) and will continue to go back a million more. The food is all made in-house with fresh ingredients from a talented (female) chef, the staff are all so delightful (and legitimately seem happy to work there) and, the experience of the tea house is so memorable, it will leave you feeling with a sense of nostalgia, young and wise alike. If you haven’t been here before, or if it’s your millionth-or-so time, it’s always an experience to remember. Definitely recommend! PS. Get a tour of the house if you’re a history buff or if you just want to hear a good story or two. It’s pretty awesome!
