Absolutely horrible service, worse food and the manager was lower than substandard
Took an hour to receive order. The two of my friends and I went to Denny’s just at about 12:00pm. The waitress was nice and polite but our food took over an hour and it wasn’t even busy to begin with. Our side was literally completely empty. We were in a rush to catch a flight, so we asked our food to go instead. Once we left we realized that they forgot to pack one of our friends order, so we had to go back and wait for them to finish his order up again. We didn’t have time to argue about the bad service since we were already in a rush.I always loved Denny’s and their food but after today I don’t think I would want to go back to the Denny’s in Red Deer ever again.So if you need to be somewhere within two hours. Don’t bother coming into here and ordering. Might as well go to the next stop.
Good food. Really like eating breakfast over here…but cant say much about the service….

One of the worst meals and service I have ever had. Today we went to Denny’s here in Red Deer,arrived there at between 9:10 and (:15 – placed our order for our food – which was 2 build your own burger – so we began our wait.Two different tables came in ordered their food, got their food and GOT THEIR bills and left the restaurant – AND WE WERE STILL waiting for our food. And now its 5 to 10.And then still another table came in and ordered and received their food and you guessed it we are still waiting – we ask to see a manager – nothing happens still another 15 minutes goes by – NO food – NO manager either SO we are a little bit upset with the situation –then we go to the front – the restaurant and FINALLY the manager comes and is a little upset with us cause of the possible seen and other customers hearing the problem – SO he convinces us to give them another try we go back to our table – our food arrive – all cold and horrible.Guess what – they did not charge us – how nice of them. They need to get it together – service and the food sucks. So I don’t plan to ever go there again and advise all my friends not to go there either.Signed a very unhappy customer who won’t be back ever – YOU KNOW the old saying – for every customer YOU loose you loose 10 times that amount – so Dennys Red Deer Sucks the big one.K Smith’Red Deer, AlbertaRetired special forces
A grand slam after a solid night out. I think so. I love that this place is open 24. Servers are always cheerful, and upbeat. Not your typical Alberta snotty attitude. Food wasn’t greatest but it was edible and fairly inexpensive.
Hate Denny’s. Boring, boring, boring. I hate Denny’s.
