Had to meet a colleague and he chose this restaurant Only us and another couple at 5pm (red flag) We needed a fast in and out dinner .The waitress and her friends were seated in a booth. I won’t bore you with slow to never service details.I will tell you the elderly couple hung on to the counter to try and pay their bill. Their walkers were in the foyer, this amused the waitress and her friends endlessly. Only when we approched the waitress did she jump up to attend said couple.Sad part is food was good, but it just dosen’t matter.

Terrible food nd terrible service.. i ordered a chocolate shake… the outside of glass was all wrapped up with chocolate shake…i had to wipe off my glass before started drinking…then i noticed i was not given a straw..not a big deal for me but the waitress got me unwrapped straw..and her hands were also dirty with that chocolate shake…worst experience i ever had at a franchise…

Never going back. Hi, went with my friend on a Sunday afternoon. We’ve gone to this restaurant many times on Sunday’s. Noticed all the staff was new, all filipino possibly, their grasp of the local language was not great, which did make ordering a tiny bit difficult. We both ordered omelettes with toast and coffee. The omelettes were cold, the toast was cold, the coffee just tasted bad. We both sent back the omelettes and they came back cold. Staff was indifferent to the problem. We overheard, easily, the table behind us and they had the same problem with their food, so it wasn’t just ours. When we told the cashier that we weren’t happy with the cold meals he just shrugged and told us how much it was, again indifferent. This will be the last time we ever go there.
