Can’t help myself, sometimes I justwant those fries with malt vinegar. This time we tried sweet potatofries with aioli as well. All were pretty good as I suspectedit would be. Therestaurant is alittle old but kept up quite nicely. I have never been to fish taco Tuesday but most of my posse complain about portion sizes.
It’s not bad, the biggest problem I have with the food here is on all you can eat fish tacos day they add less fish and more cabbage. You really don’t taste anything but the cabbage and if you pull it out then you lose the sauce they put on it and its key to the yummy. I asked for a dispenser or some of the sauce on the side and was looked at like I was from another planet.
Not bad seafood- for Alberta. If you need to takeout the fish and chips for a craving Joeys will definitely do. It’s not a local place, it’s a chain and you feel that, but it is a chain which does a decent job with a decent owner. It’s fast, tastes right, and when you find the coupons for this place it’s not bad. I have never eaten in, but takeout service has been good.
