I love the Lokal kitchen in Sylvan Lake and now I love the one in Red Deer too.Same owners as Sylvan restaurant thus same great staff,food and atmosphere.Located in the Quality Inn (AKA oldNorth Hill Inn)They are really big on fresh herbs and spices.Two thumbs wayyyyyyyyyyy up!
