Very very disappointing! Disgusting dry bacon hush puppies, soggy hot wings, salty ‘poutine ‘ missing the gravy, fish tacos has a piece of breaded fish a third the size of the tortilla, chicken breast in the chicken burger was burnt, ‘smoked’ chicken and ribs were mediocre at best. The only positive we could find were the fried pickle spears. $100 for a family of two parents and two kids for the quality of food was a complete waste of money. Would’ve enjoyed Wendy’s much more…which is saying a lot as our kids refuse to eat there unless there is nothing else available.

Went in with my family including our two year old son. We quickly learned that not only does this restaurant welcome full-patch gangsters wearing their colours, they will seat them six feet away from a two-year old. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE.
The owner should clean house. We haven’t been here in 4 years as the food and service back then was terrible and guess what, it hasn’t changed. The steak was overcooked and under seasoned, the red jacket potatoes were at least 3 days old and reheated a number of times. The shrimp had no flavor, thus the lemon wedge included with the meal. The chicken was drowning in gravy, vegetables were soggy, what a joke. Has the chef ever heard of cooking with fresh ingredients? For $60.00 for two people, with only water as drinks, we would expect much better Does the owner ever eat here, I think not, if he does then his standards are very low. This establishment is presenting itself as something new but their feeble attempt at that is only overshadowed by the disgusting food they serve. If you truly want to serve southern style food, then go to the southern U.S. and see how its done, what this restaurant is doing is not even close. If this is the best you can do, then we would suggest possibly a fast food franchise is a better fit for the owner and management. Your lucky to have hotels close by as local people wouldn’t come back twice I’m sure. Chef Robert Irvine would have his work cut out for him here

Wings have been in the freezer well past their use before date…dry ribs were anything but and were not cooked…kitchen guys, separate the ribs before cooking…just a hint. The manager in a most generous manner took 10% off which amounted to $4.20..,.the whole meal wasn’t worth $4.20.Last visit for us!
I visited this restaurant with some colleagues as we were staying at a nearby hotel. We found the menu had a lot to offer and met all of our needs and the service was fantastic. It was a bit chilly where we were seated but otherwise no issues. Our food came in a reasonable timeframe and I tried the enchiladas and they were delicious! I would recommend the restaurant as it was reasonably priced for the amount of food I received and I really thought the service was excellent!
Old and cold. Got the tortilla soup it tasted Ok but was cold, then the pulled pork with the red potatoes the pork was old and dry and the potatoes were cold and tasted like they were made 3 days ago and have been reheated several times with some gross mayo stuff splashed over them, there are much better places to eat in Red Deer I’m not sure why I ate here again it’s always bad
