Had to take a quick lunch break and decided to go to Mucho. It was busy as it was the lunch rush but service was quick and well organized. The food was really good. Im a sucker for the beef r barbacoa. So good. But the catcher was the roasted poblano and white cheddar soup. I need to find that recipe….If you want some great burritos go to this Mucho outlet. Its fantastic.

While I am glad they have a veggie option sometimes they give me less vegetables on mine than my meat eating counter parts which is kind of disappointing especially because there isn’t much difference in price. Always tastes good though.
I love the ghost pepper burrito. It comes with a fig sauce and some bacon drenched in some kind of liquid which is absolutely delicious. I go here exclusively for the ghost pepper burritos which are usually available around Halloween. They didn’t have any last year though. It makes me sad.
