Theses review are pretty accurate. I don’t normally leave reviews and to clarify have found other Papa John’s locations to be pretty good, but found the experience here to be seriously lacking. First of all a few months ago my order was messed up and I had to wait and had to wait to have it fixed. The manager gave me a bottle of pop to make it better. Moving forward to this week, I ordered again. After about 45 mins of waiting in the store and listening to the manager treating the staff like dirt, my wife asked how our order was coming. We were told it would be another 30 mins. We watched mistakes and the management having arguments with customers for another 45 mins before we were called to the till. We were told they were short staffed but having been in all the other pizza shops in town, I’ve seen half the staff I saw here make far better pizza in a quarter of the time with better management. Will not be ordering from here again.

Just the worst…. I’ve ordered from many pizza places and this is the worst. Many times I’d figured I’d give them another shot and have been let down. The works is so plan, no taste and the others are just the same. I called to complain and they pretty much said @#$% you if you don’t like it cause everyone else does. Good bye $40 dollars, not even gonna try to make up or anything. Do yourself the favor and save your many and order from Busters or anyone else.Hate throwing away food but I can’t eat these left overs.Staff is very rude, manager of seven years is the worst..
The worst management team. I tried to redeem a coupon, after starting at the bottom of the chain of incompetence I worked my way up the entire management team. Each member was ruder and less helpful than the last, until the gm inferred I was lying about the time I has spent arguing with them. After that I just hung up. The pizza is ok but twice the price I paid for it in the U.S. Great restaraunt chain just very poorly managed here in Red Deer.
Very rude when I called to order. Decided to order from another place so I can’t comment on the quality of the food.
WOW. Ordered 3 pizza’s at 4pm, called 3 times after 45 minutes, didnt get here until 7pm.just the worst
