Stella’s is new and it’s very exciting, located across from the downtown library. Upscale Frenchbakery/cafe serving gourmetcoffees and pastries. On trend decorcertainly, adds to the ambiance. Service was fast and friendly and the Macarons and key limetartlets are to die for. I recommend the tomato quichetartlet for sure. There is also a soup and sandwich option for lunch. Another fun feature is their retro board games. Will be going back asap.
