Dined at Sushi Maru for the first time tonight. Service was great with a very attractive menu! Had ebi sunamono to start and it was very good with the right vinegar content and nice presentation. The chicken yakisoba was average (3/5). The rolls were all great; Caterpillar, Love me tender and Spider roll. I very much liked the tempura on the soft shell crab. Love me tender had a mango sauce that we decided to have on the side, but was quite complimentary to the nice smoked salmon, and I would have it on the roll next time. I will return to sample some of their other fair. (See photos.)
