HERE ENJOY YOUR POTATO WITH NO BUTTER !. I did not receive butter for my baked potato, so I asked my server for some. She stated no I could not as butter was being rationed. I gently explained that in order to ration, you must give the person a portion of what is being rationed. She said nope. Needless to say I did not eat my baked potato. The rib sampler was good though.
Great! Service was good, restaurant was clean, ribs were amazing!! Prime rib however could have been better. Was basically tasteless…. The sauce that came on top was strong and kinda gross. But I guess if you want a good steak in RD, go to the Keg. But if you want ribs… Tony Roma’s all the way!
Food quality going down hill. Usually I like my food at Tony Roma’s but today it was just fair. I ordered the baby back ribs with rice and beans and Tony is getting lax on food quality. The rice seemed like they made it a few days ago, it was quite dry. The beans watery and not enough flavor. The ribs needed some sauce on them! Talk about skimping out. And since when does the meal not come with garlic bread!!! If I wasn’t with a group of people I would have sent the meal back for a redo. Not sure if this Tony’s is a favorite of mine anymore. On 1 good note the server was very quick with everything and really friendly.21 Feb, 2014Group Lunch. Well I was going to post that it wasn’t worth going to Tony Roma’s since they messed up our reservation but within minutes they fixed it and had our group at a table. Then our server, Tanja W., was the one of best server we’ve ever had for our group lunches!!! She was quick, attentive, very friendly, helpful with special orders and smiled and laughed with us throughout our time there. Thumbs up for that gal!!! Our meals were hot and delicious and definitely worth coming back again! The picture is of the Lamb and it was cooked perfectly!
Worst dining experience in Red Deer thus far. Last night we took a friend of ours and her family out for a birthday supper. There were 6 adults, a child, and a baby. We walked in the front door to the front desk and there was no one there to greet us (and it was NOT busy in the restaurant). After waiting for about 7-10 minutes, a girl finally showed up to show us to our dirty and sticky table. A waitress approached us and told us she will be getting our drinks, but will not be serving us, so we ordered our drinks. About 10 minutes later, our drinks finally arrived. Of course by this time, we were ready to order, yet we had no waitress to take our orders. Another 10 minutes goes by and a waitress finally comes to our table to ask if we have ordered yet, and so we were finally able to order. Our table ordered 3 appetizers which took about 15 minutes to make their way to our table, and our actual meals didnt show up until about 20 minutes after that. The birthday girl ordered a margarita when our meals came, and didnt get it until well after she was done eating. The quality of the food wasn’t worth the hassle and inconvenience of our 2.5 hour dining experience (which easily should have only been about 1.25 hrs). I ordered the steak flatbread, which came out soggy and cold (not crispy as the menu says), my husband ordered chicken, which came out cold and dry. Not one of us was satisfied, everyone had cold food. Will never be going back.
Great steak sandwich deal in the lounge and a free order of wings when you get a jug! Love this place for lunch
First time going here for wings on Wednesday. Was unaware you could only order wings in the lounge but the manager let us get some in the dining room. Wings were awesome! Had the Carolina sweet bbq sauce and these were the best wings I have ever had. Cooked perfect. We also ordered some riblets to share and my only complaint is that the meal came out after one bite into the wings. Everything tasted awesome though. Will go back next Wednesday.
The amazing managers and staff do an excellent job! The food is always done to perfection.
