Great experience for our family. Our family of six decided to go here as it had been a while since we had, and we have a couple of rib addicts. The service was some of the best we have had in Red Deer. One entre was about two minutes later than the others so they offered an extra side dish. A steak was a bit rare so it went back with sincere apologies dispite our insisting it was OK. The manager came around to check on every table to see if they can do anything else. They took good care of my kids. When we left the manager gave us a gift card for what we thought were very minor inconveniences.We have come back since and again enjoyed very good service again.

We were just there for a quiet meal, but felt we were not welcome after I wanted my silver wear exchanged.
