Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Sent my food back three times-instead of fixing it the first time they would stir in the rice so I wouldn’t notice (I asked with noodles instead-they did not remake but tried to salvage the rice covered meat). 3 times they tried to pass it back to me… finally i gave up and only at that, they said they would start from scratch. You guys should be embarrassed. (South end of red deer)

Must be seriously understaffed, or they should stop taking take out orders. It’s been over a year since I was here last, but food and service was great before. Today, I placed a take out order an hour before lunch. At Wok Box, I tried to get the attention of several different staff members, who were understandable busy, to pick up my order. After waiting for about five minutes without even an acknowledgment, I pretty much had no choice but to walk out without food.I was looking forward to the food, but doubt I will be back with service this frustrating.
Horribly Bland. Food was as bland as the service, will never eat there again
Mediocre. When it first opened this place was awesome! I’m not sure what’s changed…perhaps it’s the people cooking. I just don’t find it to be as good as it was. I don’t find the care to be there. I always get tofu dishes and for some reason will find something that looks like a chunk of leftover meat in there once in a while. I’m not sure….perhaps it’s just because those cooking are in too much of a rush sometimes.
This place suck wife ordered her stuff then she waited for it seven people came in after her and received there orders before my wife and we still never got what we ordered.
Wasn’t a fan, they lost my order when they finally found it they rushed it and most of the veggies weren’t cooked, huge pieces of onions and not much else veg wise in my chicken teriyaki, too much sauce and I love sauce. Won’t be back other places in the area have way better quality.
