Pretty average! My experience with Pho Anh was a bit underwhelming. The menu was pretty restrictive ie. no spring rolls with vermicelli bowls (Bun), unless you paid extra. Interested in extra fish sauce? Thats going to cost ya. I get it, you cant give things away, but some things are just condiments – its the cost of doing business.Its pretty hard to serve bad bun, but the grilled beef vermicelli bowl I ordered was incredibly average. It wasnt awful, but it was a long ways from awesome.There are lots of choices in the Vietnamese food space. Consider your options carefully.

The broth was a tad bit bland, I held back on asking for some fish sauce which I think would have added that extra kick to it. Will have to try other things on the menu if I do come back, and it’s a possibility. Overall I give the place a pass cuz I’ve had worse pho else where.
