Happy Super Sunny Sunday brunch @Oishii with my girls… We arrived around 11:30 and the place half full. We seated by the owner and came the waitress asked if we need to order drinks…Brought out our drinks and take our order and we didnt see her until we asked for our bill. The salad was very tasty and the rolls too. The deep fried food has way too much oil on them when they served. The bus boys were very helpful to kept our orders coming and going … Overall food was tasty and ok and service the servers should check the guests more often but Thankful for the bus boys they did an awesome job !!!!!!!
THEY DO NOT ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES. I informed my server of my severe allergy, then halfway through my meal, I started throwing up in their bathroom with intense stomach pain (which is what occurs when I ingest the food I’m allergic to). I informed my server that I think there may have been cross-contamination, server says he’ll check with the kitchen, never returned. After throwing up numerous times in the bathroom, right before I leave, I spoke with the manager. She told me that my server was supposed to inform me they don’t clean their pots, pans, boards, or knives and that everything cross-contaminates – even if I tell them of an allergy. Had my server told me this, I would have not have eaten anything from their restaurant. I never received an apology, nor did they offer to comp my meal. The type of allergy I have is called FPIES, which causes severe vomiting and diarrhea. I’m lucky my allergy doesn’t result in anaphylaxis, however, they weren’t aware of how I react to my allergy. I would HIGHLY suggest anyone with an allergy to avoid this restaurant as they clearly don’t accommodate for any allergies. I eat sushi very often and other sushi restaurants have been extremely cautious of my allergies.
