Jan 5 2018 Got take out pizza tonight-burnt as hell -I am amazed they even let it out of the kitchen. I take it they don’t care about their customers or quality anymore !! We’ve gotten many pizzas from there and this is BAD… AGAIN. Last time we went there for a night out, we had steaks & it was GROSS dry tastless & tough (medium rare) I don’t know if I will ever eat or order there again (seriously the crust was BLACK & the cheese was like brown flaky crap on the pizza -that’s how burnt it is)
Awful service. Food is passable, and the beer is cold. Those make up the highlights for this pub. The downside is that the service is awful. The staff ignore tables, and lay blame on everyone else when asked. Clearly, they hire inexperienced wait staff, and it shows. Indifferent bordering on rude. Don’t waste your time and money. There are thousands of pubs in Calgary that far outclass this establishment.
Meh. Have never been here before this and won’t be going back.. It’s reasonably priced but our service was awful. Probably saw her twice our drinks were empty for 20 minutes and we needed to order before finally grabbing a manager ourself she was awesome handled things really well . We got the potato skins to start they were good . Got the backed spaghetti and the club sandwich with poutine.. The sandwich was so average . The spaghetti tasted like canned ravioli. And the poutine gravy tasted like cinnamon… An over powering amount. I wouldn’t advise people to come here it’s terrible service and not good food ..
Nice place never been befor but the staff were friendly and the manager a lady who said she was new came around to check on us also nice touch! The special mussels were really good definetly be back!
Amazing Pizza! Amazing Service but the new girl manager is horrible to her servers. Was there on Friday and she bossed her severs around like they were slaves. Went again on wednesday night and she sat with other guests drinking coffee while her servers were very busy and almost crashing. She should of never sat with other guests in the restaurant. She should of instead helped her servers run drinks and food. Love everything about this pub except for the new manager.
Pretty good food but horrendous service – will never return. Good place to pass.
