The food could’ve been better, the music is so loud I had a migraine when I left, and they don’t do blended drinks. The servers were nice and it was a very clean looking pub on the other hand. To be honest I can’t see myself coming back.
Friendly environment service is usually quite good, and they have lots of flavor choices for their wings. Keep in mind you should go early for wing night as it gets busy fast!
We were in to try out this pub and the Perogie Nachos. Man they we’re delish. Great service! Nice pool table area and looks like recent renovations.
Mediocre at best. Your very typical neighberhood pub.Went in on a weekend when there were literally 4 tables. Service was sooooo slow and the waitress seemed more interested in chatting with co-workers than working. Food was fine, nothing outstanding, nothing terrible.I find most pubs to have the same similar generic food and most lose a lot for service.If you are in a pinch and desire pub food, i guess. Otherwise find somewhere else. OJ’s isn’t far away and they have better food and way better service.
We have been going to the Station on and off for 20 years since it’s in our neighborhood. We stopped going there because it got pretty seedy, worn down and the food was so-so. We enjoy going out for wing night and usually go to the Bull and Finch. The Station has changed management lately and we thought we’d check it out. Wings were dry and overcooked, almost inedible. Beer and wine prices are competitive. Service was good. Atmosphere has improved and I liked the renos but for food it’s not a winner so we probably won’t return unless it’s just for a cocktail.
Came here for lunch. I had the French onion soup. Yumm It was as good as I heard. Nice to see the new ownership. Everything needs to get switched up now and then. Sherry was very attentive and her manager was helpful and kind. I will suggest this place next time my colleagues want to go for a quick lunch.
This is a kinda small pub, nice atmosphere, and not a busy one. The food was okay. The service is alright, a bit disappointed. But they do have decent price on chicken wing on the other, might come back and give it a second chance.
