  Bar none the worst customer service experience I have had in my entire life. I made a reservation on OpenTable for New Year’s Eve for 7:15 pm and received an email confirmation. On arrival of our party of 6 we were told the last dinner seating was at 7:00 pm and so sad for us, but we must leave. It seemed fairly obvious to the young woman at reception that we should not have even entered, given a paper notice taped to the door noting this. She could not believe we had even come in the door, as we should have left immediately on reading it, despite our confirmation email for the reservation. We were told the kitchen was closed despite the fact their were tables receiving food/beverages. We were told we could not order pizza to go as the kitchen was closed, despite the fact there was a gentleman there picking up a pizza. We were told that ‘everyone will be out of here by 8:00 pm’ and we certainly understood that our attempt to eat at this restaurant was cramping their style. The woman we spoke to was incredibly rude, answering the phone while I was speaking to her, raising her voice, walking away and refusing to look at my email confirmation. Apparently the confirmation is just a function of OpenTable and they cannot access it or change it. A massive fail on customer service – cannot rate their pizza – and never will as I would never eat there. At least they are happy – we left and found somewhere else to eat, as she told us we must.

  What lovely friendly staff ! We came in for a first time dinner and loved it. Between 4 people we shared 2 regular sized pizzas (margarita- basil on the side and veggie), an order of Parmesan wings, a chocolate sauce ice cream sundae and pops for under $50. So it was a lovely night out. The wings were on special which was really nice and they give a bucket of popcorn upon ordering. The kids loved it. We will definitely be back !

  Great overpriced pizza! Terrific staff!!Great friendly helpful staff!For the price of one large 18 inch pizza I could get 2 pizza 4 cans of coke 4 bags of chips and chicken wings At pizza 73. Now this pizza is better than pizza 73 but it’s certainly isn’t worth the price they charge.They offer an 18 inch pizza but it really a 14 inch pizza since two inches are crust. If they had prices more inline with other great restaurants such as Als pizza or mad rose, I would consider eating here again. Until then, I wish this business and its owners great luck and success!

  I have no idea why this place such has rave reviews. I keep going back because my kids suck me into thinking it’s a good idea. My conclusion is .. Calgary doesn’t know good pizza, and they won’t’ drive around to find it.Service was decent enough, but arguing with me about the restaurant and how long it’s been there and the number of times it’s been renovated is silly. They can re-dress it and change the menu but the food is still average. Pizza is still average. Nothing special about it, get em in get em out just like everywhere else.

  My son and I ordered their pasta dishes. My sister had the bison burger, my husband had the parmigiana sandwich. Portions were big and yummy!

  First time at this restaurant. Food was good, excellent server and tables were good size. We took our time and didn’t feel hurried. Will be back again.

  We had a very good experience at Brooklyn. Karin our sever was very friendly and helpful with menu items. Pizza is vey eclectic with amazing crust! Well done!! Thanks
