We have always been really happy with this restaurant. The service is great and I am so grateful that they are willing/able to make most of their rolls gluten free for me. As a celiac it is really nice to go somewhere that accommodates for my annoying dietary restrictions. Kinjo was unable to accommodate, so we stopped going there. So glad we found this place!
Great food and service. Probably best sushi in the NW for me. My favourite dish is the calamari. Got sopporo beer on tap as well as their own brew. We always seem to get free dishes thats sometimes not even on the menu just because we are regulars.
AMAZING food!! HAVE to try any of their rolls that has scallop (winter soldier or scallop roll), its 8 pieces which all come with a very generous amount of scallop, and the scallop is fresh as you can taste the subtle sweetness!! I honestly come for the scallop roll and the FRESH and THICK salmon sashimi!! Also it’s owned by VERY nice people. As you walk in and dine there, you can just tell that everyone who works there is very positive and very nice, they always give you some deep fried dumplings when you sit down, and extra pocky at the end of your meal. Sometimes when we can’t finish and ask to have the rest of our meal packed up, they give you extra items (like a small roll) in your to go bag!! Even when you order takeout, they sometimes include an extra small roll or something!
