If you want really good Indian food with great control of spices then this is your place. 6 times there and no complaints on the food at all! Seriously, try this place. If you like spice they have what you crave.
Today I visited Raj palace at 9 pm , this use to be one of my favourite places for food but no more now … 1st when we went in the restaurant after getting a place to sit no one bother to come and asked for order ,as the restaurant was empty only 2 families where ending their dinner . Then after 7-10 mins I asked the person to take my order , she took the order , then the another lady was cleaning the place , dusting the area and she took the mat and dusted it and without washing her hands she brought the plates and put it in front of us , the dust from the mat was very visible on our plates , that was unhygienic . When I told this to the another person who was dusting he came and took the plates to replace , he spilled the water and the glass was broken .. and continues to clean and dust the floor .. then it took 5 mins to bring the mop to clean, after that our order was ready . But the over all experience with Raj palace royal oak is getting worst and worst , no one was bothered to wash their hands after cleaning and dusting the floor and mats .. also when customers are having their dinner is is right to dust the floor or broom the floor? the owner can Check the cctv. It is a health and hygiene concern.Please think thrice before going to this location. Very disappointed.
