Having had to spend the majority of a week on the job at YYC terminal a while back , a group of us were having a coffee and complaining about the food available at high prices and bad service etc, anyway one of the crew members told us he was going to treat us to great meal at the Airport, me and my partner exchanged glances and thought well maybe things are looking up, anyway he packed us into an Airport vehicle and whisked us off to the West Jet Hanger for lunch, at first when you walk in it has a nice feel to it, but the food was bland and less then average, we were not impressed and I dont think it was better then much of the stuff at the terminal.
Beef Dip. Can’t go wrong, LARGE serving of shaved beef, served with onions on the daily bun. Can have several sides, including yam fries. No traditional style fries though.15 Jan, 2015Herb Rubbed Prime Rib. Very tasty, comes with multiple sides. Great portion size for the dollar. Can eat in or to go.
