Spent a week on a job at the Airport 2 months ago so I got to check a lot of the offerings available here, I have been here several times over the years and this visit was about the usual Airport fare, very average, actually below average, service was robotic, food was bland, plated like a wheel made in a factory, plate was cold, steak was dry, over cooked , didn’t like feel of the place, just had zero jump. These Airport places have little character and most of the employees just go through the motions, I suspect it has a lot to do with the burn out factor of staff in places like this, they get lots of volume., and i am sure its hard to put on a smile all the time, but the service industry rewards those who go above and beyond consistently.
