Was here two nights ago (wed night). There was 6 of us and we only ordered an appetizer & a drink eachbecauseof the bad service we had experienced. It took an hour to get our appetizers served. We had a total of 3 different servers. They all looked like they hated their jobs. It wasn’t even busy. The servers didn’t even come and ask us how our food was. One of my friends had ordered a regular Caesar and the server made it a virgin Caesar . When asked her to make another one(a regular Caesar), she defended herself and said that the Caesar she served is a regular one with alcohol. Bad customer service! Food was great though. I had the bandara bread (soo good!). Cactus cut potatoes are always good too at boston pizza but go to another location!
Bad food, bad service, and expensive to boot.. Avoid this location at all costs. If you like the taste of BP’s and don’t mind the slight price premium head to the location on 32nd ave or Memorial.The place is often dirty, the staff are consistently bad, and the food is horrible.
Worse Service Ever. I been at this location once before as its close to my house. Last time had really bad experience, I thought of trying it once again last night ( 27 Jan 2015) with my friends to celebrate their wedding anniversary.We had the worse experience ever and guarantee never going back at this location. Our server did not bother to ask us if we need anything, we were running out of Tissue paper and was looking for ketchup. I kept on looking around, went at front desk stood there for 10 min and no one showed. Servers were looking from far at me and no 1 bothered to come. Manager itself looked at me twice and did not even ask if I been helped. Finally I decided to go in kitchen and asked for ketchup. Finally the server came with a bill. And we never asked for it, So we asked to we want to order more food and she showed us attitude. May be she did not like we wanted to increase their sale lol . Well End of the story, Don’t waste time at this location. Not just the servers, manager itself does not bother about anything. Ofcourse I did not give any TIP because the server did not earn for it.WORSE BOSTON PIZZA EVER.
Don’t waste your time!. We tend to order from here 2-3 times a month… But we never learned our lesson, every single time we order from here they forget something on the Order (usually ending in getting a discount on the account)! And when you call to complain about it you get to speak to one of their rude management staff (as if it was my fault they messed up the order again)! We Will not be returning here again, it’s worth the extra time to pick up the order correct the first time from another location than to wait for the second delivery of our order from this place(as you are going to be missing something from your order about 95% of the time u order from here). If you can go to any other boston pizza and pick the order up yourself I would suggest doing that!
Don’t eat here. Food will be cold and gross. Manager will argue with you and tell you are lying. Worst service I have ever had and no accountability to fix the situation. Obvious the manager is just there for the pay cheque and does not care.
Good atmosphere. Watching the flames play can be exciting. The pizza burger has to be the best invention they have come up with in a long time! Apps are tasty and hot. I will continue to return to this location!
