First visit. Nice interior. One person serving at 5pm!? Terribly slow service, not attentive, one glass of water and never offered anything else after. Chicken wings were served still cold inside, but were replaced with better cooked wings. Rare beef pho was overcooked and served withOUT the care and attention that would go into it at a pho noodle house. It’s like they didn’t know what they were doing and went about it with zero confidence in their food. I’m a pho fan, patient and understanding but this pushed me over the edge wtf?!… I’m NEVER going back.
Amazing food. Really fresh and huge portions. We have spring rolls (I am pretty sure homemade they were fantastic). Our main dishes we each had the vegetable with fried tofu rice vermicelli. Super flavours. Reasonable pricing. Staff friendly. Everything clean and the decor very very cool. We will definitely be back again.
Last night I had possibly the worst meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was ‘vegetable’ curry. Well there wasn’t any vegetables in it.. Only potatoes, rice, and bland tofu. 3 bland white starches thrown together with a little (not enough) bland brown sauce, which tasted nothing like curry. I can cook better than that, and I would never dream up such a lame recipe. What are they thinking of making that a ‘main dish’ ? $18 too – very expensive for total garbage. My family each had a steak. $28 each. They served it with a spoon. The pieces of steak were cut but too big to eat without cutting – had to ask for fork and knife . They also forgot to bring some things we asked for – also not a big deal. The yam it came with the steak was not seasoned – just boiled yam mashed up, no one really liked it. The steak was goodish, cooked medium rare as requested, but quite a bit of gristle. No staff asked how the meal was. On the one good side the decor and atmosphere was very nice, but not enough to go back of course.
Watered down beer on tap.Food was horrible, sent it back. Stir fry tasted burnt and was covered in black bits from the wok or whatever they cook in. Will never go back.
First time here tonight and loved the decor of this restaurant. Super modern and had big booths for big parties. The service was friendly and food was tasty. We started with the imperial spring rolls, shrimp wrappers and calamari. The spring rolls were tasty but there was only 3 and the rice wrapper were only 2. My opinion was that it’s overpriced for what it was. The calamari has thin fried onion rings mixed it and all in ate was onions.. not very many squid rings… I got the grilled pork vermecelli, the presentation WA s really nice but it was served on a plate not in a bowl like traditionally vietnamese restaurants. It was very phard to pick it up with chopsticks. The pork was marinated nicely and was juicy. But I noticed that they forgot my spring rolls that was suppose to come with it. By then I was half way done and no one come over and the rest of my party was finishing eating so I didn’t say anything. Overall, I found this place ok we only came here because my father in law recommended it and was close to their house. I would rather to somewhere else.
I went here with a friend because we love Vietnamese food and we were in the area. What a mistake! Terrible service. Overpriced. Small portions. Never returning!
Came here with the family. The decor was beautiful. Service was great.The food is great but for the price you pay it’s quite pricey compared to other Vietnamese restaurants.
