It really shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours to get back to someone regarding booking a group reservation, I’ve been waiting for 3 days days now. You should really be monitoring your emails better and get back to customers faster. I’m really disappointed with this place, I was referred to this place by someone and have since changed my thoughts on coming here. I have now changed my group booking to another reputable pub which took them less than 24 hours to get back to me.
A well deserved 5, came as a last minute supper with my partner and was greeted with friendly and efficient service. Ordered the Big Ben nachos with short rib added. The short rib was cooked to perfection and wasn’t shorted on the plate. One of the best nachos I’ve had at any establishment, it’s display was pleasing to the eye, and was packed evenly with chips and toppings. Would highly recommend for the flavour, service and price.

The batter coating was crispy but maybe a little overcooked while the actual chicken a touch undercooked. Service was okay, took a little while.
