Honestly I love pacific hut. Just not this location. The one on 17th is the best. Amazing people and amazing food. As for this location I wasn’t very happy I tried to order sisig and they said they were out of it. Really what a waste of time. Anyways I just walked out. It was wrong timin I guess 🙁 but still that sucks
I first thing I tried to order was beer, but they didn’t have any, (despite listing some on the menu insert) so I settled for tea. Then I was told they were out of the main dish I wanted to order. When we did get our food it was good and came out of the kitchen pretty quick. The owner also added extra meat to one of our dishes to make up being out of stock on my first choice. Didn’t leave hungry, but I probably wouldn’t come here again. It felt a little like dining at a strangers table while they are in the living room watching tv.
I ordered take out food such as kaldereta, bopis, ginataang langka, and Bicol express) and it taste really awful that why it all end up in the garbage.. And also we experience bad customer service from the old lady in the counter.. I never gonna order here again coz of 3 reasons bad customer service, awful food and unreasonable and very expensive price( its ok to pay big amount of money for the food that you enjoyed and taste good)
Bought their ready made ulam and I was blown away for their price for small size ginataang langka which cost $16. The guy didn’t even wrap it so when I got home the sauce already spilled all over the plastic bag. Doesn’t taste good either. I’d rather go in Chinese restaurant which only cost $10 or less for 3 items.
Bad service. Rude people dirty washroom
Terrible food… No booze either! My husband had bad chicken – stunk like it was a day over, but they served it anyway. Disgusting!
