I like this particular location since they cook the shrimp RIGHT TO ORDER, whereas other locations have the shrimp already cooked and sitting in a container with the sauce on it. Even though it might take 5 minutes for them to cook the shrimp for your taco or burrito, its worth the wait since you know its freshly cooked. Overall I enjoy my meal every time.
This location is a bit hit and miss. Overall the food is good. However, on occasion, the vegetables are old, service is sometimes slow. But I’ve never had a bad burrito here. We’ve been back a few times, and while it’s not always perfect, we’re never disappointed.
Pathetic portion of product on a Tacos for the price. Wow is all I can say …For the second time my wife convinced me to visit your establishment in this location at Beacon Hill . Last time I walked away hungry for the money same thing today. My birthday by the way, is tomorrow May 10th . My wife likes Mexican food . When I visited Mexico three times , I do not recall pathetic portion sizes. Gail ordered the bowl which was okay for her , I am 260 lbs and ordered the three Tacos. I honestly thought and I mean this that she was going to take some of the pathetic portions out of the Tacos . No consistency in portion size at all . Also told me it was going to take five minutes to do the fish wow really . That may be a start some meat in the Taco honestly and the tacos would feed a midget what are they three inches round. . I don’t expect you to do anything about my complaint but almost 30.00 I would expect better. I know the cost of corn and of six squares of meat I am not kidding . You will be out of business if you continue the way you are doing business . I feel cheated and will never step inside your door and will tell my many friends , about the way you do business . Sorry Brian Squirrell …Up to you to make it right maybe a visit is in order . Ps My wife has visited the other locations in the South side of the city it is way different .
Beacon hill location is a rip off!. I use to go to this location all the time and did like it, until I went to another location. The food is great but they give you very little in terms of toppings. When I went to the Marlborough location I get the exact same order and they put a lot more stuff on my food. Also when I asked them at this location for more salsa or something it is an extra charge that I didnt mind paying. But when other locations just give you more then why am I paying extra? Now this location feels like it is setup to rip off customers. But the food as always is good.
Purchased a quesedilla, chips and a drink to-go today. The man working behind the counter rang up my order incorrectly (charging $22 instead of $13). Took a good solid 5 minutes for him and the manager (or owner?) to correct it. Meanwhile, my quesedilla was sitting in the styrofoam container getting cold. Finally, they ring it up correctly, I pay and leave. Drive the 5 minutes back to work, take the container out of the bag and low and behold, the container was open all this time, resulting in a barely warm quesedilla. At this point I’m starving, so I start to take it out of the container and each piece is really soggy and falls apart as I try to remove it. I wish I took a picture because it looked like dog food. Disgusting. I’ve eaten here several times in the past and each time the manager (owner?) is surly and grim looking. Needless to say, I will not be giving Mucho Burrito one cent of my hard earned money in the future.
Beacon Hill Centre the worst Mucho Burrito location ever. This is the worst Mucho Burrito location ever.I went to this location (Beacon Hill Centre) and they did not have black beans, my burrito was served almost with a teaspoon with a minimal portion I have ever seen.I do not recommend this locationSorry too bad
Really good and fresh for a fast food option. Almost better than some Mexican restaurants in Calgary!
