It’s a fastfood chain but of the burger places I could go to, I choose this one. I like their fries! They are crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Not salty. Very clean. Very good. The same can be said about their beef. The burgers are delicious and the veggie toppings are crispy and fresh.
Expensive for what you are getting. It’s a small hamburger so get a combo and utilize all your many toppings, you will need them to fill up. Food is always good though and the fries are always fresh!
I came here with a few friends and ordered the Hawaiian burger with no additional toppings. The pineapple and wasabi mayo were absolute standouts and I loved how tasty and different this burger was. Would definitely go back again. The fries and gravy taste exactly like NYF. Highly recommended!
Fresh great tasting right off the grill. These are expensive burgers and fries which is comparable to a sit down waitress serving restaurant, or more but the quality is good. Everything is made to order and you get to pick your own toppings for your burgers which are also fresh. They are a bit skimpy on the portions so you have to ask for more but is not a problem as they custom it to each order right in front of you. If your feeling like ordering a good tasting burger and fries, onion rings and spending the money, this is a good place to go.
Annoying up sell. I am still eating here as I write this, the people here are completely annoying. They mis- hear everything try to up-sell you on everything to the the cost benefit of the restaurant and just annoy in general. Food is fine. I am sure this is a management and training paradigm issue, but still give me a break it is already 30 bucks for 2 hotdogs, 1 burger a fries an onion ring and a water. 4 oz of gravy is a buck.This place sucks
I want to make this clear that this was the Beacon Hill location.Ordered a burger today that was red, if not near RAW. After only one bite, I asked it to be put on the grill for further cooking. THEY REFUSED! I never asked for a new burger ….just to be cooked further. They insisted that this is how ALL there burgers are cooked.Don’t believe this and I am sure if the manager/ owner is smart enough to follow his customers concerns, then he will have a chat with his staff. Very disappointing. Suggestion to others considering this location for this particular Southstret location (beacon hill)…….keep moving.Mr. Manager – your staff needs a lesson in customer service.
It was terrible. I paid $10 for a 4 oz burger and a bottle of water and it took me 15 minutes to get it. There was only 4 people a head of me. The burger it’s self was drenched in sauce and literally slipped out of the bun. It was disappointing and the service sucked. I will never go back.
