The lemongrass chicken is the best! It takes 4-5 minutes and you have your lunch. Very useful for a quick lunch when working. Always delicious.…

Stopping in for pho. Beef and noodles for one and spicy chili shrimp for the other with spring roll appetizers for two. We asked for all three at the same time and they arrived as requested. Soup is hot and flavorful. Chili soup is spicy as promised. Service is friendly and quick. Store front is not fancy but tables are clean. Value is high at this restaurant
Have been coming here fairly regularly for several years. The food is always very good, dine in or take out. Our favorites are:-the ginger beef which is quite crispy, nice sauce, and has green and red peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks-special fried rice which has egg, peas, and little baby shrimp-the beef and broccoliHave also tried some of the noodle dishes and they were excellent!
Delicious! I had Rice noodles and prawns. The sauce was very good (drool) My bf had #14 which I had a taste of as well and it reminded me of Vietnam, so they hit the nail with the hammer on that one. Would definitely give it a try!
My wife and I enjoyed this little place. Service wasn’t great. Seemed like they were understaffed for how busy they were everytime we have been there. Food was acceptable. Not stellar…not bad. As with most asian food…the doggy bag makes for a great bag lunch the following day. Prices were fair.
Horrible service……food was very bland….. This was my first ( and last ) time going to this place, the service was horrible, the food was expensive for the portion size. The Pho was almost cold when I got it, green onion cakes were fried to a crisp, and the iced coffee tasted like street water ( yes I’ve had street water drinks in Vietnam, and they were better). My advise, save your money and go somewhere else, your tummy deserves the best, and this place is not it!
Extremely disappointed. I have been to Taste of Vietnam in Sherwood Park a few times. The first few times were fine, albeit extremely slow and disinterested service (however it was obviously good enough to go back again) but I was extremely disappointed this past time.I do not eat pork, I haven’t for years. It’s not a religious thing and I’m not allergic, I just do not eat pork. It’s difficult to explain but it is incredibly important to me that I do not. Anyways, my boyfriend and I went to Taste of Vietnam and I ordered the Bun Ba Mau vermicelli bowl, chicken only, and I specified no pork. I also specified that the spring rolls be vegetarian. Fast forward to me being about 75% done my meal, when the server comes by and tells me that the kitchen made a mistake and my spring rolls were not vegetarian. I am of course appalled, upset, and feel ill. The server does not apologize, does not offer to fix it, nothing. So, we then go to the front to pay (since they took ages to bring us our bill) and I ask to speak with someone in charge regarding the error they made. I ask how they can compensate us considering this is a pretty big issue to me (what if I had been allergic?!). The lady offers to take our salad rolls off the bill (a $7 value) and that’s it. Didn’t even compensate my meal. If you have any dietary restrictions do not go here! They obviously do not care. Needless to say, they have lost my business.
Yum. This is our go to place for Vietnamese. I like all the food I’ve tried but tend to order the same few dishes because they are so good. The beef in the wraps (#38) is amazing, the assorted meats satay soup is the right amount of spice and the vermicelli bowls are always a good bet.
