Worse than you could imagine! We were staying at the Sherwood park Holiday Inn which Bistrou 2100 (what’s with the U at the end). We looked at the menu that was in our room and thought some items might be good. Boy were we wrong. Like the previous review we walk in and only one table was occupied and I sarcastically mentioned to my wife what a popular place it was. Secondly we obeyed the sign that said please wait to be seated only to stand there for a minute or 2 until I got the bartenders attention. Next the menu was different and drastically small. I asked our waitress about it and she explained that the room menu was an old one. I then asked a couple questions about some dishes and the response was yeah we don’t really follow the menu??? What!!! You don’t follow the menu??? Next the place serving was missing a napkin and it was a table for only 2. Food came and it wasn’t what I ordered. It was a burger not a good one. Next I went to the men’s room and the smell almost knocked me over.poor poor poor. Worst place I’ve ever been too. Don’t ever eat here it will ruin you life.

We had reservations and the waiter pointed to the table, didn’t even walk us there. He came later to take our drink order, and returned with our drinks. After drinking some tea I had a strange feeling of lip gloss on my lips only to find a smear of sparkly lip gloss on the mug, GROSS! He came back with another mug, I was ready to leave but we were with a group of friends. When we ordered appetizers two of the 5 items were not available. He recommended the chicken wings so that’s what we went with. I have honestly made better chicken wings at home. My wife’s entre was pasta with alfredo sauce and the sauce was broken and oily. My cajun chicken sandwich was burnt and dry. I will never return to Bistrou 2100. Just thinking of the lip gloss incident makes me nauseous, he didn’t even offer to take if off the bill.
